• Complete the Application Form by 10am Monday 1st March and email to cvot@curtin.edu.au
• To assist in setting goals for the semester please view the list of examples.

Please compile a portfolio of the following for your Service Learning visits:

• Introduction letter
• Emergency contact details
• Unit outline
• Working with children check (if required)
• Police clearance
• Timesheet
• CV
• Goals provided in application form
